The Division of Parks and Recreation plans to increase the number of boat trailer parking from 12 to 22 spaces at Mount Sunapee State Park beach. These new spaces are proposed to be constructed on the east side of the entrance road adjacent to the flagpole. This project will be funded by the State Capital Budget and managed by the Division’s Planning and Development Office. Work is expected to begin this winter with tree clearing and construction will begin in the spring. The goal is to have the additional parking available by next summer.
